First off … people cant drive for shit in Kansas City. The part of town we’re in right now, near where we are playing, is beautiful. A lot of hipsters and smelly hippies though. I was kinda scared coming in. Between the crazy drivers and some of the people I could have sworn we were going to die. We went to CiCi’s pizza and got stuffed and now I’m drinking bubble tea at Tea Drops. Good stuff. I’d never had it before. We got in town with 8 hours to load in. We still have to kill another 4 hours.
We’re all pretty exhausted. I think it’s a combination of the heat and lack of sleep. Maybe staying up so late last night was a bad idea …. Nah.
